MONOBLOCK AUTOMATIC BOTTLING

The Monoblocks automatic bottling BLUE LINE are reliable and built with high quality materials, the result of long experience in the field of automatic bottling.

A 3D planning and the use of high technology numerical control machines allow to realize our bottling lines precisely, efficiently and safely. Every Monoblock are driven mechanically by only one motor, ensuring reliability and an easier management and maintenance; they are also equipped with an inverter that allows the speed regulation.

The installed conveyors and the screw are easily replaceable depending on the different sizes and dimensions of the used bottle. The Rinsing Machines and the Filling Machines are available in several models, to combine with the Corking Machines for natural corks, screw caps, crown caps or at T-shaped corks.
